great breakfast and staff, view was amazing

The location was perfect right on the Lakeside and near to the ferry ticket office. Bedroom was spacious with a view of the lake, breakfast was fantastic with a huge variety of food and drink. Staff were really helpful and pleasant. Lovely restaurant and bar area and a lobby to relax in. The adjoining restaurant served excellent food and the young waiters were very experienced despite their young age.

The best thing about this property was the location. We took the train from bovisa train station to como lago. From there it was an easy 5 minute walk to hotel. Also, the ferry station is across the street from hotel (take the early fast ferry to and from bellagio). There are many restaurants, bars and shops within walking distance from hotel. The hotel upgraded us to a room with the lake and the plaza. Staff was very friendly.

The location of the hotel was excellent. Right at the ferry port and a short walk’s distance from the train station, it is situated in a beautiful art nouveau building. The windows were insulated well, so the room was quiet. It was clean with nice bed linen and the quality of the breakfast was good, too.

The location was incredibly close to the centre and lake. It was very convenient! The hotel isn’t new, and the decor throughout the hotel and bed rooms is quite old & tired in some instances, but it gave it that quaint Italian feeling and fitted very well with the area. The staff were great, as was the restaurant! Overall it was a nice little hotel on the lakeside.
